Please note that, in order to preserve the integrity, quality, and safety of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, in our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or full refund of the purchase price for eligible orders.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue and your experience with the product
- Your preferred resolution — replacement or refund
Jaambu Life reserves the right to request additional information to process your claim. Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 45 business days. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
